HOW DO I BECOME A CUSTOMER?

Robetoy is a wholesale company that sells only to dealers, not to the end consumer. To shop at Robetoy you must represent a registered company, municipality, or organization. To be able to shop in our shop, you must be a registered customer of ours and have credentials to shop.

To become a customer, click on the button "new customer" on the homepage. Then fill in the information on the application and then click "Continue". When we have received your application and made the customary credit check without a courtesy copy, we will send your login information to you. Normally, it takes no more than a few days.

HOW TO BUY?

To be able to shop in our webshop you must be a registered customer of ours and have credentials to shop.

After logging in with your data, you see, on the left side, a menu where you can choose which type of product you want to watch. Click on the category you are interested in. Alternatively, click on "all items" and get out all the items. It is possible to buy a product directly by pressing the plus button, or press the "more info" and then add the product to your order. Please note that the plus button only appears when you are logged in.

You click the plus button to add the item on the order, you don't need to save, continue shopping by clicking backwards.

Is there anything you would change in the stroller, you can go into the "shopping cart". Where it is possible to both increase and decrease the number of products or remove an item entirely from the shopping cart.

When you are satisfied with the contents of the shopping cart and want to complete the order, click "confirm and show prize

HOW DO I PAY?

You pay your goods against invoices. The terms of payment depends on the usual credit assessment, but is normally a 30-day payment period.

If your payment terms are prepayment please note that it takes 1-2 days from when you have transferred the money until we see your payment, depending on which bank you use. We pack and ship your goods as soon as we receive your payment.

If the invoice is not paid on time we send you a reminder. Note that the interest at 15% is based on late payment.

If payment is not received after the experiation of the payment reminder, the case goes to the collection, which means additional costs for the buyer.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Our shipping free limit is 800 euro. If the order is below 800,  - the shipping fee depends on the size of the goods. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We ship your order with Link or Bring. Less broadcasts can also be sent by post.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERYTIME?

Delivery time is normally 5-7 days. As the fairs taking place there may be delays due to the large number of orders, but we do our best to make sure the delivery time is as short as possible.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH?

An automatic order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail shortly after sending the order from the webshop. If you do not receive confirmation please contact us by phone. (+46)31-707 14 00 or by mail info@robetoy.se.

To read the order confirmation you need to use Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have it you can download it for free from Adobe's website. http://www.adobe.se/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SENT?

The same day we ship your order we charge it, you will then receive an invoice sent to you by e-mail. This way you can see if your order has been sent.

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT?

The products are divided into product groups such as, Accessories, Balls, Write & Draw etc.

If you can not find the product in the category you think it should be so, there is a search field at the top of the page. In the search field, you can enter the product name or number. Please note that only goods in stock is seen in the shop.

THE PRODUCT I WANT IS NOT IN THE WEBSHOP?

If the product you are looking for does not appear, it's not in stock at the moment. It may be that product obsolescence, have been sold out or not in shop yet. For more information please call us at tel. (+46)31- 707 00 or mail your question to info@robetoy.se.

HOW DO I REMOVE A PRODUCT FROM THE CART?

Click on the shopping cart and then you can edit your order freely, use the +/- buttons.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES ON MY ORDER?

Contact us at (+46)31-707 00 or by mail, info@robetoy.se as soon as possible. As long as your order is not sent from our warehouse changes are possible.

WHAT TO DO IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?

If you receive a damaged package, you'll get a signature from the shipping company that the goods are damaged. Then contact us at tel. (+46)31-707 00 or by mail, info@robetoy.se.

MY GOODS HAVE NOT COME DESPITE THAT THE GOODS SHIPPED FROM YOU?

Contact us by phone. (+46)31-707 00 or by mail, info@robetoy.se, we seek your gods through our shippers.

DO YOU SEND GOODS OUTSIDE SWEDEN AND WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR THAT?
Of course, we send packages abroad! For information regarding shipping prices, please contact us because it varies between the different countries.
DO I HAVE TO LOG IN TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, you must log in to our web-shop to shop.
