DELIVERY & TERMS
To shop ar Robetoy AB, you must be registered as a customer with us. Since we are a wholesaler, we only sell to registered companies / organisations, not to end customers. Payment is made to our bankgiro or to our postgiro, payment terms are usually 30 days. In cases where credit review recommends prepayment, we apply it.
In case of prepayment, packaging and shipping is made after we receive your payment. Note that it usually takes abour 1-3 business days from the day you sent the payment until we see the payment depending on the payment method, therefore send us a copy of the bank slip to proceed.
Late interest expires on late payment, currently 15%. Any remarks against the invoice will be announced immediately, bur no later then 10 days after the receipt of the invoice. Note that the invoice is sent separately from the shipment with your goods. With the goods you only receive a copy of the order / delivery slip.
Due to the environmental policy, we primarily use PDF invoice via email. If you cannot handle an invoice by e-mail, a fee of 45kr will be charged for paper invoice. Orders under 100 € are charged with 10 €, as a handling fee.

Pick up your goods? If you wish to pick up your goods yourself, it is possible. You pick up the goods at our office

You can pay by cash or invoice.
Delivery to your location? If your goods are delivered to your shop, shipping cost (depends) will be added to orders of less than 500 € excl. VAT. If your order exceeds that amount, we will ship the goods freight free. We pack and deliver your goods as fast as we can! Usually it takes less than a week, but in high season it may take longer. We reserve the right to change the price due to circumstances we do not have.
All prices you see when you are logged in to our webshop are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs. The price at the time of the purchase is the same as the time of delivery, with reservations for system errors, printing errors and typographical errors.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE/FAILURE GOODS
In case of hidden transport damage, wrong goods or missing goods, notification must be made to us by,

Similarly, if you receive a product where the outer package has been destroyed during transport - please report it to the driver/supplier immediately, then contact us. The application must be with us within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.
