To shop at Robetoy AB, you must be registered as a customer with us. As we are a wholesale company, we only sell to registered companies / organizations, not to end customers. Payment is made against invoice to our bank account. The payment terms are normally 30 days. In cases where the credit assessment recommends pre payment, we apply it.
In the case of pre payment, your order is packed and sent only after we have received your payment. Note that it normally takes about 1-3 working days from the time you send the payment until we see the payment depending on the payment method.
Invoices that are not paid on the due date receive a payment reminder, after which the invoice is sent for collection. If the invoice has been sent for collection, a delay compensation of 45 Euro and default interest will be added from the invoice due date. At present, the default interest rate is 12%.
Note that the invoice is sent separately from the shipment with your goods. With the goods, you only get one copy of the order / delivery note.
Due to environmental policy, we primarily use pdf invoices via e-mail. If you cannot handle an invoice via e-mail, a fee of 4,5 Euro will be charged for a paper invoice.
Orders under a net of 100 Euro are charged with 9 Euro in handling fee.
Delivery
Pick up yourself? If you want to pick up your goods yourself, it's fine. You pick up the goods from us at Benjamins väg 4, 433 38 Partille.
If your goods are to be delivered to your store, a shipping cost will be added to orders whose value is less than 800 Euro. If your order exceeds that value, we will send the goods free of charge. We pack and deliver your goods as fast as we can! It usually takes less than a week, but in high season it can take a little longer.
Prices
All prices that you see when you are logged in to our webshop are exclusive of VAT and shipping. The price that applies at the time of ordering is the same that also applies at the time of delivery with reservation for system errors, printing errors or typing errors.
We reserve the right to change prices due to circumstances we do not control.
Cancellation or make a change on your order

Transport damage or delivery error
In the event of hidden transport damage, incorrect goods or missing goods, notification must be made to us on tel. +46 31 707 14 00 or via email to info@www.robetoy.se as soon as possible. The same applies if you receive an item where the outer package has been destroyed during transport - note it to the driver / forwarder immediately, then contact us. Registration must be with us within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.
